Coronavirus Update

Keeping both our team and clients safe is still our highest priority, we would kindly ask that when visiting our offices, you continue to maintain a social distance and wear a mask or face covering.

Prior to any appointments taking place, we still need you to verify that no one in your household has tested positive for, or are showing any symptoms of Covid19, or that you have not just returned from a country that is currently on the Government’s Red List.

Viewings and Showing a Property

Further to the Governments announcements, we would ask you to be mindful that not all of the parties involved may be in a position to allow appointments to go ahead, and thank you for your understanding in these uncertain times.

If one of our viewing team are accompanying you, they will be equipped with appropriate PPE including mask and hand sanitiser, we ask that you kindly do the same.

Valuations, Inspections, Contractors and Special Visits

Any photographers, contractors, surveyors, mortgage valuers, engineers or other professionals visiting one of our properties will be equipped with appropriate PPE including mask and hand sanitiser.

Prior to any visit, please ensure you have cleaned and sanitised any surfaces the visitor may be touching. If you are going to be present at the appointment, we ask that you maintain a social distance and not accompany the individual during their time in the property.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update our internal processes, advising you as necessary.
