Call 0800 111 999 immediately, preferably from outside of the building.Storm Damage / Flooding Report to 015394 40055 and we will arrange a suitable contractor to inspect the property, as soon as possible*Drainage & Guttering Report to 015394 40055 and we will arrange for a suitable contractor to inspect the property, as soon as possible*Heating & Hot Water Failure Report to 015394 40055 and we will arrange for a suitable contractor to inspect the property, as soon as possible*Fire Vacate the building and call 999Faulty Doors and Windows Report to 015394 40055 and we will arrange for a suitable contractor to inspect the property, as soon as possible*Alarms & Smoke Detectors Check batteries weekly, replace when required. Do not remove batteries without replacing, this could endanger life.Lost Keys The tenants have a responsibility for the safe keeping of the property keys and we are unable to provide a spare key outside normal office hours.No Electricity Check if neighbouring properties are off and if so, call 105 for Electricity North West. If not, check your fuse board/consumer unit to see if a fault has caused it to trip. If it has, switch off all the appliances served by the tripped switch, switch the tripped switch back on and then switch each of the appliances back on one by one, to try work out which item may be faulty (the faulty one will trip the switch again). Do not use the faulty item again until it has been checked by an electrician. Please note that a blown light bulb may trip the switches. Personal electrical appliances are not the Landlords responsibility.Leaking Water Turn the water off at the stop tap and call our emergency maintenance number 015394 40055.
