Showing would-be buyers around your home can sometimes get a little awkward. Should you give them a guided tour, let them wander on their own or point out all the best bits?

That’s why we have two dedicated team members in each office, with the sole purpose being there to accompany the viewers around your property, all with the professionalism and knowledge you can expect from the regions leading and Award Winning Estate Agent.

We also appreciate that more and more people are buying homes in our area from all corners of the country and are often only available to view at weekends when they’re not working. Recent analysis of our viewing times shows that almost 40% of viewings now take place either at the weekend or after 5.00pm. To make sure we don’t miss the chance of selling your home, we offer our viewing service seven days a week including evenings.

The video will show how the property is approached from the outside, on entering the property we will walk the buyer through the ground floor, moving to the upstairs accommodation and finally out towards the garden.
