What is available all year round, is the joy of living in one of the very best areas in Great Britain, combined with a complete variety of rather special homes.

We believe in being positive, even in such testing times, and are currently working hard to make sure we are ready for the return of our unique property market.

One of our directors, John Leigh’s favourite comments is “You only have 5 seconds to make a first impression“ – and the first impression a buyer gets of your home really does matter.

If you are lucky enough to have a front garden, what will a potential buyer think as they approach the property? Go to your front gate and have a look back at your home!

If you don’t have a garden, then the front door is all important, so take a look and see if you would be impressed if you were standing there waiting for someone to open it!

For those of you with really big gardens, are there any areas you have been neglecting that would benefit from a bit of attention?

Finally, if you have a driveway, make sure you move your car so the person viewing can park there instead of you.
