This beautiful and superbly improved apartment really is immaculately presented and enjoys a truly delightful top floor location, arguably one of the best in the development, enjoying superb dual aspect fell views from a nice and peaceful setting. You can admire Wansfell from the bay window of the living room, or gaze into the heart of the dramatic Fairfield Horseshoe from the Juliet balcony, even if your legs might not welcome the challenge of completing this wonderful hike so much these days.

Truly immaculate and very stylishly updated, this wonderful apartment includes an excellent re-fitted kitchen and a luxury shower room, and whilst it might not sound like much, the replacement of the internal doors with ones of oak really has made a difference to the welcoming feel of this bright home. There are two good sized bedrooms, and a splendid dual aspect living room with stunning views to go alongside those splendid kitchen and shower rooms.
There is a communal sitting room on the ground floor, great for get-togethers with friends and socialising with fellow residents when times permit, along with a communal laundry room. A guests bedroom is available for visiting family members and friends within the building should the two bedrooms within the apartment not be sufficient. There are pretty communal gardens and on-site car parking facilities.
Millans Court itself was purpose built in 1987 to provide accommodation in this lovely setting exclusively for those aged 55 years and over with emergency pull cords in each of the principal rooms, and an intercom connection to the warden.
