Right To Cancel

The client has the right within 14 days of the date of the contract. This can be done in writing or by downloading and using the form below. By signing, you agree that Hackney & Leigh Ltd can start to market the property before the expiry of the cancellation period and if you subsequently exercise your right to cancel you will pay all expenses or fees due to us as per your agreement.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
