Hackney & Leigh Wins Major National Award!

Over the last 4 consecutive years, we have been extremely proud to have won Gold Awards for both our Sales and Lettings service, putting us in the in the top 5% of the UKs 21,000 Estate Agents.

This year however, we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the coveted title of Best Estate Agency in the UK!*

We were invited to collect our award last week at the EA Masters in London,  where the winners of the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards were announced in front of over 1,000 leading agents and suppliers.

Over 21,000 estate agents, from over 15,000 different brands, were independently assessed by specialist firms commissioned by EA Masters, to analyse over 2.2 million bits of sales data and 1.7m bits of lettings data, before carrying out a comprehensive marketing assessment and mystery shop of the top performing agents.

Sarah Kemp, EA Masters event director commented: “There is no other assessment that is as comprehensive and rigorous, hence the winners are truly the Best Estate Agents in the country.”

This achievement caps a momentous year for Hackney & Leigh, having picked  up an award for North West Family Business of the year back in May, and celebrated our 40th Anniversary in August.

Speaking afterwards, Simon Leigh commented “I’m not really sure how we’re going to top this year, and in particular this award! The whole team are so proud of this achievement, and rightly so, as it really couldn’t have been done without them! It is a fantastic reward for all the hard work everyone puts in!”.
