Posted on 8th April 202021st April 2020TransportAre You in Need of Transport?Being part of so many local communities means a lot to us, and it is fantastic to see and hear about the numerous people coming together in a time of need to help each other.Like a number of companies around the country, our vehicles are not currently being used and we would like to offer them out on loan to those in need.We have three cars and a transit van available for any key workers, members of NHS teams, volunteers, or those delivering supplies, who are struggling to carry out their vital work, due to restrictions on transport, changes in their hours, or lack of their own vehicle.We’re afraid, drivers must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes, and we will need a copy of their driver’s licence to add to our policy, but other than that there are no restrictions. The vehicles are taxed, insured and all have up-to-date MOTs.If you know someone who could use a vehicle at this time to help them carry out a vital role, please let them know so they can get in touch.We’re committed to our promise of caring about you and our community, and are proud to be a part of a growing movement to support one another during this difficult time.Stay safe.
