Location Newton is a lovely village located in the parish of Dalton in the Westmorland and Furness district of the county of Cumbria. It is located on the Furness peninsula north-east of the port of Barrow-in-Furness and south of the town of Dalton-in-Furness. The village has a strong sense of community and has its own village school and community centre offering lots of activities. Newton is excellently placed yet offers a fabulous rural setting.

Take the first left again onto Cemetery Hill, which soon merges into Newton Road. Follow Newton Road out of Dalton and into the village of Newton-in-Furness.
